Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to quality service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple software systems.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
