What you will be doing: As a Customer Support Chat Agent focusing on healthcare support, you’ll engage with customers through live chat on... our website and social media accounts, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a seamless service experience. Your role involves performing accurate data entry, maintaining data confidentiality, and collaborating with team members to ensure consistency in customer support.

Skills/background needed: This position is suited for individuals with a high school diploma or equivalent, complemented by experience in remote data entry or similar roles. No prior experience in social media work is specifically required, as comprehensive training is provided.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Your Responsibilities:

Promptly and professionally respond to customer inquiries via social media channels and live chat.
Resolve customer questions, offer support, and manage product reviews to ensure satisfaction.
