Key Responsibilities
 Manage and oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions.
 Provide comprehensive QuickBooks training and support to clients.
 Assist clients throughout the onboarding process and ensure efficient payroll operations.
 Maintain accurate and current financial data to support our internal and external reporting needs.
 Collaborate with team members to address client requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
Required Skills
 Strong proficiency in bookkeeping and accounting principles.
 Extensive experience utilizing QuickBooks for various accounting tasks.
 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
 Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
 Ability to uphold confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism.
Qualifications
 A minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience.
 At least 3 years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks software.
 QuickBooks certification is considered advantageous.
