You will excel in providing accurate information, facilitating order placements, and adeptly resolving any concerns that may arise.DonÂt worry if you lack prior experience, as this opportunity welcomes individuals from all backgrounds. Extensive training will be provided to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge. We are actively seeking candidates who are ready to hit the ground running and can commence work immediately.
What you will be doing: As a live chat assistant you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a businessÂs website or social media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and app based chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 5+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connectivity.
Hours per week: 5 Â 40 hours a week
Location: remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
