Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients, handling various tasks efficiently, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Responsibilities
• Interact with clients to provide top-notch customer service and support
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner
• Handle cash transactions with precision and integrity
• Utilize phone etiquette skills to communicate effectively with clients
• Assist in sales activities to promote company products or services
• Utilize computerized systems to input, retrieve, and analyze information
• Provide English language support to clients as needed
Skills
• Strong client services orientation
• Proficient in data entry tasks
• Experience in cash handling procedures
• Excellent customer service skills
• Demonstrated phone etiquette abilities
• Basic sales knowledge is a plus
• Ability to work with computerized systems effectively
• Proficiency in English language
