As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and service to our customers. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements
 High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
 1-3 years of experience in customer support or a related field
 Strong verbal and written communication skills
 Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
 Familiarity with CRM systems and support software
 Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
 Detail-oriented and highly organized
