As a Customer Service Representative at Aetna, you will assist members with questions regarding their healthcare plans, benefits, and services. Your role will involve responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and accurate information, all while working from the comfort of your home.
Responsibilities: Â Handle inbound and outbound calls to support members with their healthcare needs. Â Provide clear and concise information regarding benefits, claims, and plan details. Â Troubleshoot and resolve member concerns, ensuring a positive experience. Â Document interactions and follow up on issues as needed. Â Stay up to date on products, services, and processes to provide accurate information. Â Maintain confidentiality and comply with all healthcare privacy regulations.
Requirements: Â High school diploma or equivalent required; associateÂs or bachelorÂs degree preferred. Â Previous customer service experience is a plus, especially in a call center or healthcare setting. Â Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Â Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Â Basic computer proficiency and internet connection for remote work. Â Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. Â Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
