Job Overview:
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented call center assistant to support our scheduling team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This position requires excellent administrative and communication skills, as well as the ability to oversee and manage scheduling data using various systems.
Key Responsibilities:
· Providing comprehensive administrative support to the scheduling team, assisting with tasks and workflow management as needed.
· Communicate with team leads/members to manage scheduling changes to ensure smooth operations.
· Regularly prepare and provide updates on scheduling data, using the Five9 reporting system to generate and analyze performance reports.
· Supervise and manage a team of agents, ensuring adherence to scheduled shifts and targets, particularly related to NPS (Net Promoter Score) and overall performance.
· Monitor, address, and resolve scheduling inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
· Ensure that all scheduling information is accurate, updated, and properly recorded in relevant systems.
Required Skills:
· Ability to manage, organize, and manipulate data using Excel and advanced Excel functions.
· Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
· Ensure accuracy in scheduling, reporting, and data entry.
Soft Skills:
· Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve scheduling issues promptly and effectively.
· Ability to work under pressure and adjust to changing priorities or scheduling demands.
Work Schedule:
