What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Monitor, coach, and support staff to enhance call handling skills and ensure high-quality caller support
• Ensure staff performance meets quality, productivity, and attendance standards while tracking progress and results
• Encourage continuous improvement by involving team members in process enhancement efforts
• Collaborate with peers to build consensus and resolve conflicts effectively
• Provide phone support and maintain professionalism towards staff and clients

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Four or more years of customer service experience
• Excellent problem-solving and strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to pass pre-employment background checks and drug screening

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Experience in a call center with strong customer service and sales background
• Bilingual in Spanish with oral and written fluency
• Consistent work history and excellent attendance record
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
