This position is available to residents of the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and Mexico.
Responsibilities:
Booking & Coordination:
 Assist clients in booking travel services, including flights, accommodations, cruises, car rentals, and tours
 Use online booking platforms to process reservations accurately and efficiently
 Customize travel recommendations based on client needs, preferences, and budgets
Customer Support:
 Provide exceptional service through phone, email, and online chat
 Answer questions about travel destinations, itineraries, and policies
 Handle changes, cancellations, and other requests with professionalism
Collaboration & Growth:
 Work closely with team members to provide seamless travel experiences

Qualifications:  Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills  Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities  Proficiency in basic computer skills and online booking systems  Passion for travel and helping others create memorable experiences  Must be 18+ years old and fluent in English (bilingual is a plus)  Residency requirement: Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, or Mexico
