Key Responsibilities...

•Handle inbound calls and emails from customers regarding reservations, flight changes, and general inquiries.

•Assist customers with booking, rebooking, and canceling flights.

•Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.

•Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, policies, and procedures.

•Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
