WeÂre seeking a Contract Professional (Non-Federal) l to join our contracts team where you will have the opportunity to impact the contracting process from beginning to end for multiple energy and power clients and facilities. YouÂll work closely with our sales, operations, legal, procurement and key stakeholder teams to prepare, review and revise contractual documents with a variety of clients.
WeÂll rely on you to follow our governance requirements, work processes, and guidelines when reviewing or preparing contract documents. WeÂll lean on you to present and explain contract terms to our sales and project teams. YouÂll apply your contract skills to review client terms and conditions and may participate in negotiations with our legal department. YouÂll use your organizational and time management skills to prioritize your work and manage your time efficiently. WeÂll rely on you to collaborate with others to ensure consistency and continuity in our contracts. Your keen ability to communicate effectively and tackle challenges will allow you to thrive in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications - External
 BachelorÂs degree (BA or BS) or an additional 4 years experience in lieu of degree.
 Minimum of 5 years directly applicable contracting experience in the private sector
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe applications
Ideally, youÂll also have:
 Experience working for an engineering, construction, or energy/power company
 Experience in the energy or power industry
 Paralegal experience
