Responsibilities of Front Desk Shift Supervisor:
• Manages front desk operations including staff management.
• Provides assistance, recommendations, and management to ensure that customers are consistently satisfied.
• Delegates responsibility and teaches team members the intricacies of their work. Keeps track of the number of people in the lobby and adjusts staffing levels as needed.
• Resolves customer complaints.
• Directs, mentors, plans, and assesses the work of individuals under their supervision.
