Responsibilities
• Engage with customers via online chat to address inquiries and provide support.
• Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette while interacting with customers.
• Document customer interactions accurately in our database for future reference.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers.

Skills
• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are preferred, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
• Previous experience in customer support or call center environments is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills to assess customer issues and provide effective solutions.
• Proficient in using computer systems and chat software to manage customer interactions efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, ensuring clarity in responses.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
