• Develop precise and well-organized spreadsheets.
• Timely enter and update information in relevant databases to keep them current.
• Ensure data backups are maintained to protect against loss.
• Report any discrepancies or issues to the relevant parties promptly.
• Systematically organize and preserve hard copies of data for easy retrieval.
• Support the team with additional tasks as required.

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar capacity.
• Proficient command of English, both written and verbal.
• Strong skills in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to concentrate for extended periods while maintaining both accuracy and efficiency.
• Competence in touch typing.
