In this pivotal role, you will support field agents, oversee sales activities, and collaborate on innovative strategies aimed at enhancing agent success. Key Responsibilities
• Provide support and mentorship to field agents.
• Monitor and assess sales activities to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Design and execute effective strategies that boost agent performance.
• Maintain organized records and manage diverse tasks with efficiency.
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
