Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office. ? Reliable high-speed internet connection, a personal computer, and a distraction-free workspace. ? Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts, as Delta operates 24/7. ? Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required, as full training is provided.
