Responsibilities:  Assist customers with booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and car rentals  Provide information on travel destinations, visa requirements, and travel advisories  Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner  Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth travel experiences for customers  Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in travel regulations
