Description:Â Provide assistance and support to clients remotely.
 Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via remote channels.
 Assist clients with booking reservations and providing travel information.
 Provide personalized recommendations to enhance travel experiences.
 Liaise with internal teams to ensure resolution of client issues.
 Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
 Monitor client feedback and implement strategies for improvement.
 Collaborate with team members to improve customer support effectiveness.
Requirements: Â Previous experience in customer service or a related field. Â Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Â Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs. Â Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools. Â Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Â Flexibility to adapt to... changing priorities and client needs.
