As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of Southwest Airlines, helping passengers with flight bookings, reservations, inquiries, and ensuring every interaction is smooth and enjoyable. Assist customers with booking, changing, or canceling flights. ? Provide flight information, including arrival/departure times, gate information, and baggage claims. ? Collaborate with other team members to improve customer experiences. ? Maintain a deep understanding of Southwest Airlines' services, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications: ? High School Diploma or equivalent (College degree preferred). ? Strong verbal communication skills and a customer-first attitude. ? Previous customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment. ? Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. ? Must be tech-savvy and comfortable using various customer service tools. ? Positive, team-oriented attitude.
