We are currently hiring a Remote Legal Office Assistant – Client Support & Data Entry to join our expanding virtual team.

Position Overview:

This role supports the firm’s attorneys and staff by managing client communications, maintaining accurate case records, and assisting with routine administrative duties—all from your home office. Ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and enjoys helping people, this position offers a consistent schedule with flexibility, including optional weekend hours if needed.

    Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients via phone, email, and chat in a professional and compassionate manner.
  • Perform legal client intake, gather case-related information, and accurately input data into legal management systems.
  • Schedule appointments, send follow-up communications, and manage calendar updates.
  • Maintain and organize electronic client files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist attorneys and legal staff with case file preparation, document requests, and communication tracking.
  • Respond to routine client inquiries regarding services, scheduling, and case status updates (non-legal advice only).
  • Handle basic administrative tasks such as document formatting, digital filing, and internal communications.
    Schedule:
  • 8–10 hours per day
  • Flexible Part-Time or Full-Time
  • Work permanently from home
  • Weekend availability is optional to help meet weekly hours or client needs
    Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in an administrative, data entry, or customer service role (legal experience is a plus but not required)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
  • Ability to work independently and manage remote tasks with minimal supervision
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or equivalent tools
  • High-speed internet and a quiet, dedicated home office setup
    Preferred Skills (Not Required):
  • Experience with legal case management platforms (e.g., Clio, PracticePanther, MyCase)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
  • Prior work in a law firm, legal call center, or professional services environment
