About the Role
- We’re seeking motivated, coachable professionals who want to grow in the financial services industry. As a Financial Professional, you will meet with clients virtually or in-person to assess their goals and provide personalized recommendations in areas such as:
- Life insurance and final expense coverage
- Indexed growth and annuity strategies
- Tax-free retirement planning
- Debt management and legacy building
- Business protection and succession planning
This is a performance-based role with flexible scheduling. You can start part-time (10+ hours/week) and grow into a full-time position at your own pace.

What We’re Looking For
- No financial background or experience required. Entry-level candidates are welcome since we provide training. We’re interested in candidates who have:
- A strong work ethic and desire to learn
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills
- Professionalism and integrity
- A genuine desire to help others
- Entrepreneurial or leadership background (a plus)
- Life and Health License preferred (not required as we will help you with the process of obtaining one)
- Requirements
- Must currently reside in the United States
- Must have or be able to obtain a U.S. Social Security Number
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to pass a background check (no felonies)
- Must be willing to obtain a state Life & Health Insurance License (support provided)
Most new candidates can complete their licensing within 7–14 days depending on study pace and state testing availability.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
