- Ensuring the highest level of safety and service standards during all flight operations
- Conducting pre-flight cabin checks and monitoring the cabin during flight
- Demonstrating emergency and safety procedures, such as the use of oxygen masks, seat belts, and exit doors
- Providing friendly and professional service to passengers, addressing any questions or concerns
- Assisting passengers with special needs, including children, elderly, or those with disabilities
- Administering and coordinating in-flight sales of food, beverages, and duty-free items
- Preparing reports concerning any in-flight incidents, including medical emergencies or security issues
- Requirements
- Minimum age of 21 years
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; further certification in hospitality or tourism preferred
- Ability to reach overhead storage bins and stand for long periods of time
- Must be fluent in English; proficiency in another language is a plus
- Ability to adapt to varying work hours and flexible schedules
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
