Legacy Construction & Roofing is looking for a highly responsive and customer-focused Live Chat Representative to join our remote support team. As the first point of contact for online visitors, you’ll engage in real-time conversations to answer questions, collect lead information, and assist in scheduling appointments. This role is fully remote and ideal for someone with strong communication skills, fast typing, and a friendly, professional tone.

    Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple live chat conversations with website visitors simultaneously.
  • Provide accurate information about our construction and roofing services.
  • Convert chat interactions into qualified leads or scheduled appointments.
  • Document interactions in CRM systems and maintain organized records.
  • Communicate effectively with sales and project teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all inquiries during assigned hours.
    Requirements:
  • Prior experience in live chat support, customer service, or virtual assistance.
  • Excellent written communication and typing speed (minimum 45 WPM).
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining a friendly and helpful tone.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and CRM systems.
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and quiet remote work setup.
    Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
  • Experience with tools like LiveChat, Intercom, or Zendesk Chat.
  • Familiarity with construction or home services industry.
