Legacy Construction & Roofing is looking for a highly responsive and customer-focused Live Chat Representative to join our remote support team. As the first point of contact for online visitors, you’ll engage in real-time conversations to answer questions, collect lead information, and assist in scheduling appointments. This role is fully remote and ideal for someone with strong communication skills, fast typing, and a friendly, professional tone.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple live chat conversations with website visitors simultaneously.
- Provide accurate information about our construction and roofing services.
- Convert chat interactions into qualified leads or scheduled appointments.
- Document interactions in CRM systems and maintain organized records.
- Communicate effectively with sales and project teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
- Respond promptly and professionally to all inquiries during assigned hours.
- Requirements:
- Prior experience in live chat support, customer service, or virtual assistance.
- Excellent written communication and typing speed (minimum 45 WPM).
- Ability to multitask while maintaining a friendly and helpful tone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and CRM systems.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and quiet remote work setup.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
- Experience with tools like LiveChat, Intercom, or Zendesk Chat.
- Familiarity with construction or home services industry.
