Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive experience by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our financial products and services.
- Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details
- Resolve customer issues with efficiency and empathy, escalating complex cases when necessary
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools
- Follow up on client inquiries and ensure all concerns are addressed to satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal departments to improve service delivery and client experience
- Assist in onboarding new clients and guiding them through our service processes
- Stay informed on company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
- Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
