Role Description
This role involves being a trusted guide and partner for our Accredited Businesses (ABs), providing consultative support to maximize the value of their accreditation.
Deliver proactive outreach that drives business success
Host regular check-ins and share strategic insights
Discover business goals and connect ABs to the right tools, resources, and opportunities
Develop retention strategies to address potential issues
Communicate with clarity, compassion, and confidence across various channels
Stay updated on policies and best practices
Maintain an accurate database
Engage with the 740 Benefit Queue professionally
Tackle special projects as needed
Qualifications
Passion for helping businesses grow and succeed
Natural curiosity, resourcefulness, and solutions-oriented mindset
Ability to thrive in consultative conversations
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
Effective communication with empathy
Team player who supports colleagues
Bilingual Spanish speaking candidates preferred
