YOUR MISSION Own the end-to-end incentives strategy and analytics engine for the entire incentives program. You will keep every tracker accurate and complete, mine insights that steer more than €50 M of annual spend, and translate those insights into a clear strategy that helps regional marketing teams move fast and invest profitably. THE JOURNEY Manage and maintain all CLI incentive trackers, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Conduct deep-dive analyses to detect performance trends, diagnose anomalies, and highlight growth opportunities. Quantify incremental orders, margin, and ROI for each incentive, then translate findings into clear budget actions.
