POSITION / TITLE:
Director, Global Partner Sales Enablement
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Director, Global Partner Sales Enablement at Kore.ai will serve as a strategic leader responsible for architecting and executing world-class enablement programs that empower our global sales force. This high-impact role plays a vital part in scaling our go-to-market strategy across geographies, segments, and partner ecosystems.
This individual will drive the evolution of enablement from onboarding to continuous development, focusing on measurable business outcomes, sales effectiveness, and partner productivity. You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Partner teams to ensure every field-facing team member is trained, equipped, and enabled to succeed.
We are looking for a results-oriented leader who combines executive presence with a builder mindset—someone who can operate at the strategic level but dive deep into execution when needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Leadership & Enablement Vision
- Define and lead Kore.ai's global sales enablement strategy aligned with growth and productivity
- Build a scalable and sustainable learning framework anchored in role-based certification, value selling, and solution alignment
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive sales and product leadership on enablement priorities, adoption, and field readiness
Enablement Program Design and Execution
- Design and deliver structured onboarding, ongoing training, and sales certifications for all roles in the revenue org
- Lead the creation and evolution of scalable programs such as playbooks, pitch simulations, deal coaching, and field certifications
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and performance acceleration across global teams
Content Management & Sales Tools
- Own and manage the global enablement content strategy—ensuring access to high-impact tools, templates, and resources
- Create and maintain a dynamic content map including product messaging, competitive rights, demo frameworks, and success stories
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure enablement content is aligned to current sales priorities and messaging
Sales Process & Performance Optimization
- Ensure effective sales process execution through training, performance tracking, and improvement initiatives
- Define and manage enablement success metrics including ramp time, pipeline velocity, win rates, and certification compliance
- Partner with RevOps to build dashboards and scorecards that link enablement impact to business outcomes
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Product Marketing, Sales, GTM Ops, and Customer Success to align messaging, processes, and content
- Act as a voice of the field - capturing feedback and incorporating it into enablement programs and GTM alignment
- Localize and tailor programs to reflect regional differences while maintaining global consistency
Team Leadership & Global Enablement Culture
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing enablement team across regions
- Set a high bar for excellence, collaboration, and innovation in enablement delivery
- Drive hiring, development, and mentorship of enablement professionals to support global business needs
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in partner sales enablement, partner program management, business consulting, product marketing, or enterprise sales required
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing and scaling partner enablement teams, within in a high-growth, global B2B SaaS company required; experience within AI company with a B2B sales model highly preferred
- Experience supporting global field teams across North America, EMEA, and APAC required
- Deep familiarity with enterprise sales motions, selling through hyperscalers, partners, and channel ecosystems
- Hands-on experience with sales processes (e.g., MEDDICC, solution selling, value-based selling) and enablement best practices
- Strong understanding of sales tools (e.g., CRM, CMS, LMS, demo platforms) and how to integrate them into enablement workflows
- Proven ability to build and measure the effectiveness of enablement programs across sales, pre-sales, and partner teams
- Proven track record of building onboarding and certification programs highly preferred
- Executive-level communication skills and the ability to influence across functions and seniority levels
- Comfortable with ambiguity, fast-paced environments, and balancing strategic vision with tactical execution
- Must be currently residing within either Seattle, WA or San Francisco, CA area
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor's degree required; master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field highly preferred
Depending on specific professional experience and geographical location of individuals, the salary for this position ranges from $170,000 - $190,000. Additional wage/bonus/commission and benefit details will be shared during the formal interview process for this full-time employment opportunity.
