Business Development Manager North America
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead sales efforts across North America for our Isolation Valve portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving growth and expanding market presence, with 3 years of experience in a Business Development Role or 5 years of experience selling technical valve products into the process industries.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- 3 years in a Business Development Role or 5 years or more experience selling technical valve products into the process industries.
- Ability to develop account plans and project pursuit strategies with minimal guidance from management.
- Strong presentation preparation and delivery skills
- Demonstrate customer focus by meeting and exceeding customer expectations and demonstrating strong listening skills
- Requires 60% to 70% travel with end users and channel
- Collaboration and interpersonal skills are critical for this position due to the various interfaces internal and external to the organization
