Lifecycle Marketing Manager (SA)
We are seeking a true Klaviyo expert who can single-handedly manage and optimize our entire retention marketing ecosystem. This is not an entry-level role - we need someone who has mastered the art and science of email marketing automation and can implement sophisticated strategies that drive substantial revenue growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of email marketing experience with minimum 3 years as a Klaviyo power user
- Proven expert-level Klaviyo knowledge - you should know the platform inside and out
- Track record of significant revenue growth through retention marketing programs ($500K+ email-attributed revenue experience)
- Advanced analytical skills with ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets
- Deep understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and retention psychology
- Experience managing 6-figure+ email marketing budgets and high-volume sending
- Strategic thinking abilities to develop comprehensive retention marketing roadmaps
- Technical proficiency with integrations, APIs, and advanced platform features
- Expert-level segmentation skills using behavioral data and predictive modeling
