Job Description

Take ownership of the complete sales cycle for professional certification programs valued up to $10,000 per workshop. You’ll leverage cutting-edge CRM technology to connect with ambitious professionals seeking career advancement through globally recognized certifications. This role offers unique exposure to both North American and Indian markets, providing an exceptional opportunity to develop cross-cultural sales expertise. High performers will have the opportunity to grow into leadership positions as the company expands its global footprint, with plans to build multiple sales teams by year-end.

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end sales process for professional certification programs using GoHighLevel CRM
  • Conduct engaging sales conversations with potential candidates across multiple channels (phone, email, SMS)
  • Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments through consultative selling approaches
  • Manage and optimize your sales pipeline to exceed revenue targets
  • Schedule and conduct sales presentations with prospective students
  • Coordinate with different time zones to maximize market coverage
  • Document all prospect interactions and maintain detailed sales activity records
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and best practices
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with certification candidates


Requirements

  • Proven track record in educational technology or professional certification sales
  • Experience selling to corporate professionals and decision-makers
  • Strong proficiency with CRM systems, particularly GoHighLevel
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex programs clearly
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently across multiple time zones
  • Professional demeanor and outstanding presentation abilities
  • Background in project management or professional certifications is a plus
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong closing capabilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
