Business Development Director - Remote
We’re a leading provider of immediate-access behavioral health crisis care, seeking a Business Development Director to execute our growth strategy and drive sustainable expansion.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in business development, strategy, sales, or partnership roles, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or team-lead capacity
- Bachelor's degree
- Familiarity with healthcare, behavioral health, or related markets preferred
- Experience managing, coaching, and developing staff to achieve team goals
- Ability to conduct financial analysis, assess market opportunities, and develop business cases
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing proposals, presentations, and partner-facing materials
- Full understanding of Medicaid and publicly funded delivery systems
- Proficiency with CRM systems, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel as required to support business development efforts
- Experience leading teams, and high visibility initiatives reporting to executive leadership team
