Payroll & People Ops Specialist
Blink Health is seeking a Payroll & People Ops Specialist to own end-to-end payroll operations in Workday for its growing global workforce. The role requires 4-5 years of hands-on payroll processing experience, preferably in Workday, and additional people operations experience.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of hands-on payroll processing experience, preferably in Workday
- Additional people operations experience in one or more areas: benefits administration, HR compliance, HRIS maintenance, leave administration, compensation or equity administration, etc.
- Demonstrated experience with large hourly workforce payroll operations
- Strong knowledge of payroll audit processes, internal controls, and regulatory requirements across geographies
- Exceptional attention to detail with ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive processes independently
- Advanced Workday and Excel/Google Sheets skills, data analysis capabilities, and systematic problem-solving approach
- Excellent communication skills with customer service orientation and ability to handle confidential information
