Implementation Specialist - US market
Talkie builds AI Voice Agents for healthcare, automating routine phone calls end-to-end. We're looking for an Implementation Specialist to onboard AI Agents in medical practices and provide ongoing support to our US customers.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in contact centers or patient services in healthcare.
- Shifted hours to align with the US market: ideally 2pm - 10pm, 4-5 days a week; minimum 12pm - 8pm, 3-4 days a week.
- Experience working with customers (at least one year), ability to be empathetic and put yourself in the user's shoes, clear and direct communication, initiative, independence, and a constant thirst for knowledge.
