We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively evaluate technical candidates from the initial interview stage, ensuring we attract and retain top talent in the tech industry.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar role, with at least 5+ years in recruitment, sourcing and talent
- Strong technical background with a solid understanding of programming languages, software development methodologies, and current tech trends
- Ability to conduct technical interviews and assess candidates' technical skills effectively
