✨ Why This Role Matters
As our first Revenue Operations hire in LATAM, you'll play a pivotal role in helping us scale our go-to-market (GTM) engine across the region. This is a foundational position that sits at the intersection of strategy, systems, and execution.
You’ll work closely with our global Core RevOps team to align on tools, data, and processes—then localize and adapt them for maximum impact in the LATAM market. Your work will ensure our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams in the region are equipped to thrive.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Regional GTM Enablement: Support Sales, Customer Success, and Partnership teams in LATAM by optimizing workflows, tools, and performance tracking.
- Localization of Tools Processes: Collaborate with the centralized Core RevOps team to adapt global systems for LATAM, ensuring relevance, usability, and compliance.
- BAU Execution: Own all day-to-day RevOps functions in the region—ensuring accurate execution, timely delivery, and operational consistency.
- Tech Stack CRM Management: Maintain data integrity in HubSpot and other GTM tools. Implement regional customizations to improve usability and efficiency.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies across the customer journey and implement scalable, localized improvements to reduce friction and boost productivity.
- Strategic Projects: Lead or contribute to cross-functional initiatives including tool rollouts, system integrations, and performance analysis.
- Training Enablement: Create and deliver training materials adapted for LATAM teams to ensure effective onboarding and tool adoption.

Location: LATAM, Brazil (remote)
Working hours: 5 AM - 3 PM BRT (Brazil Time)
Language: English (fluent), Portuguese (fluent)
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or a similar role—preferably in a SaaS company.
- Proven experience adapting global tools and processes to meet regional or market-specific needs.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese, with the ability to bridge communication across time zones and cultures.
- Strong understanding of the B2B SaaS sales funnel, customer lifecycle, and related GTM operations.
- Expertise in CRM tools like HubSpot, and familiarity with common GTM platforms in the LATAM region (i.e. RD Station, PipeRun, Exact Sales, Conta Azul, Pipefy).
- Analytical mindset—you use data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills—you know how to prioritize and deliver.
- Bonus: Experience working directly with global RevOps or centralized operations teams.
