Position Description:

You’ll be joining a team that’s deeply committed to crafting exceptional user experiences and building consistency across our product ecosystem. We believe that great design is not just about aesthetics—it’s about creating intuitive, cohesive, and accessible experiences that users love. Your initial focus will be on unifying a set of disparate systems into a seamless, integrated interface that feels effortless to navigate. This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll work closely with designers, fellow product managers, and customer-facing teams to ensure our solutions are both elegant and effective. We’re looking for someone who can champion the user’s perspective, bring clarity to complexity, and drive alignment across teams. Sr. Director of Product Management, Product Experience

What We’re Looking For:

Requirements:

• Experience leading UI/UX-centric product initiatives, especially those involving system unification or redesign

• Strong communication and facilitation skills across design, engineering, and customer-facing teams

• Deep empathy for users and a passion for creating consistent, intuitive experiences

• Proven ability to drive alignment across multiple stakeholders and teams

• Highly accountable and self-directed, with a bias toward action and clarity

• Data-informed decision-maker who can balance qualitative insights with quantitative analysis

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and bringing structure to complex product challenges

Additional skills:

• Familiarity with design systems and pattern libraries, and how they scale across products

• Experience working closely with design teams and contributing to design reviews

• Understanding of front-end technologies and constraints (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus

• Skilled in writing clear, concise product requirements and user stories

• Experience with tools like Figma, Miro, Jira, or similar

• Ability to synthesize customer feedback and research into actionable product improvements

• Comfortable presenting to leadership and advocating for user-centered solutions

Unleash your potential: What you will be doing and owning:

• Leading the unification of multiple UI systems into a cohesive, consistent user experience across platforms

• Owning the end-to-end product lifecycle for UI/UX-focused initiatives—from discovery and definition to delivery and iteration

• Collaborating closely with design teams to shape and evolve design systems, patterns, and user flows

• Partnering with other product managers to align on shared goals, dependencies, and cross-functional initiatives

• Working with engineering teams to ensure feasibility, scope alignment, and high-quality implementation of UI features

• Engaging with customer-facing teams (e.g., support, sales, success) to gather feedback and ensure the product meets user needs

• Using data and user research to inform product decisions, prioritize work, and measure success

• Driving consistency and usability across the product by advocating for scalable design patterns and user-centered thinking

• Communicating progress, decisions, and rationale clearly to stakeholders at all levels
