We are currently searching for a Support Engineer:
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automation tools and processes to streamline infrastructure management and improve efficiency.
- Lead capacity planning, including demand forecasting and continuous resource optimization across all application infrastructure.
- Maintain production environments, ensuring High Availability (HA), Resiliency, and Business Continuity Planning (BCP).
- Build and maintain SRE infrastructure, including tools, scripts, and integrations with platforms like Prometheus/Grafana.
- Define observability metrics and thresholds, and create frameworks for data capture, trend analysis, and alerts.
- Manage alert monitoring and governance, addressing issues according to schedule.
- Bridge between support and engineering for incident management, improving response and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with engineering for continuous performance optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field from an accredited college or university
- Expert level understanding of Linux environment and Database
- Systematic problem solving approach
- Strong sense of ownership and drive
- While certification is not required, formal training in range of programming language/s and different operating and programming platform cab be asset.
- Network diagnostic skills and experience with networks and real-time messaging technologies
- Strong scripting skills, like Perl, Python, or UNIX shell.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

- Advanced Oral English.
- Native Spanish.
