Product Strategy Manager
The Product Strategy Manager will be responsible for analyzing and managing Aristocrat’s Class III Slot product portfolio in LATAM. This position will create and execute product analytics, performance analytics, and product initiatives related to the division’s strategic goals. This position is responsible for supporting the Latin American commercial release strategies to meet Revenue Plan targets and will work closely with various teams (sales, development, finance, supply chain, service techs, etc.) to plan structured product releases to optimize the portfolio in the market through (but not limited to) creating launch plans, tracking, and communicating progress against targets, and overseeing the execution of commercial programs to grow revenue, share, and profits.
Job Requirements
Responsible for all product team reporting summaries on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, including trade show overviews
Assist in the development and definition of the LATAM product roadmaps to deliver products on time
Responsible for planning and executing the product portfolio with agreed-upon metrics to maximize ROI on all games
Work with the game development studios on planned games in the roadmap while providing game performance data, customer feedback, and recommendations for game development
Conduct competitive analysis and study the performance of slot games in the market, and create and manage a competitor game/cabinet release database
Report on qualitative insights from property information and product analytics
Ability to synthesize game content, mechanics, and key details into a format that is meant to educate and excite internal and external stakeholders on Aristocrat games
Assist in GTM efforts for new game releases and provide configurations and actionable recommendations for the Sales team
Responsibility for all published Product Game Slicks and maintaining current roadmaps
Ensure a clear and accurate understanding of compliance and/or regulatory/legal changes
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage conflicting schedules and competing priorities
Implement best practice methodologies to improve the effectiveness of the EMEA and LATAM product teams
Works with analytics team to review game performance and create/adjust product strategies
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required and/or 3+ years of relevant work experience.
Slot Machine product experience preferred but not required.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English/Spanish. Strong writing skills are an important part of this job function.
Exceptional analytical skills and data-driven mindset
Requires professional analytic experience and comfort dealing with multiple data sources
Ability to write, build, and present analytical reports
Working knowledge of visualization tools: Tableau and PowerBI preferred
Have a love for games, people and entertainment
