Corporate Healthcare Director, Financial Planning and Analysis

Panoramic Health is hiring a Corporate Healthcare Director, Financial Planning & Analysis! This opportunity is fully remote and candidates will be considered based on their location.


Director, Financial Planning and Analysis is responsible for providing direction to a team of finance professionals and upper management throughout the organization on the overall planning, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of Panoramic Health’s financial performance.
Responsibilities include:
• Strategically lead the FP&A process, including partnering across the business to support Panoramic Health’s vision.
• Maintain and develop detailed financial models that track and analyze key metrics and their impact on the company's overall performance.
• Assume responsibility for delivery of monthly consolidated financial reporting.
• Analyze current and past trends in KPIs including all areas of revenue, expenses, and other business drivers.
• Partner with senior management in the coordination and completion of the planning process including annual budgets, revenue, and cost of revenue forecasts, and long-term strategic financial planning.
• Assist in leading & creating partnerships with Accounting, HR, IT, and other cross-functional business units to report monthly expenses and headcount across the organization.
• Support financial due diligence, including the creation/review of financial models for any potential M&A transactions.
• Assist with and manage frequent ad hoc projects to support management and business decisions.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or relevant field.
• Master’s degree in business administration or relevant field preferred.
• 8+ years finance experience.
• 5+ years of managerial experience.
• Budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Advanced MS Office/Excel skills required
• Executive communication and presentation skills.
• Adaptable, energetic, and strategic.
• Analytical, quantitative, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to work on and manage multiple projects within tight timelines.
• Self-motivated to work independently and also be a team player.
• Ability to think objectively and interpret meaningful themes from quantitative and qualitative data.
• Action Oriented - present ideas and directions that lead others to action.
