ECS is seeking an ARPA-H DGRS Advisor to work remotely. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.

ECS is seeking talented and driven professionals to support the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) Division of Government Relations and Strategies (DGRS). In this role, you will serve as a technical advisor to ARPA-H—enabling the agency to manage and provide oversight to advanced R&D efforts; help shape future R&D concepts, programs, and solutions; integrate and advance our nation’s healthcare ecosystem processes, policies, and enabling technologies; and enable the agency to expand its healthcare and scientific scope into yet unknown areas. As an advisor within ARPA-H, you will provide support and thought leadership to R&D performer teams, Government Program Managers, and stakeholders across the health innovation ecosystem.

ARPA-H DGRS plays a pivotal role in shaping and advancing the agency’s legislative and intergovernmental strategy to support groundbreaking health innovation. It develops and implements comprehensive engagement plans with both Congress and the Executive Branch, ensuring ARPA-H priorities are communicated effectively and understood by key decision-makers. The division fosters strategic relationships and facilitates interagency coordination to ensure the agency's research and development initiatives are aligned with broader federal health objectives.

As an advisor within ARPA-H DGRS you will serve as a key strategic and operational resource, supporting the division in its function as a central liaison for legislative and regulatory matters. You will play a critical role in internal policy coordination and contribute to the implementation of ARPA-H strategic initiatives by providing expert technical assistance. Additionally, you will help ensure the agency remains compliant with federal reporting and policy requirements, reinforcing transparency and accountability in its pursuit of health innovation.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $220,000
