What You’ll Do:

People Leadership

  • Lead and inspire a team of professionals across regions and time zones
  • Set clear goals (SMART), manage performance, and support career development
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and daily direction to ensure service excellence

Process Ownership

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of supplier onboarding and catalog enablement in Coupa
  • Drive standardization and process improvements across EMEA and NA
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Procurement, Plants, Internal Controls, etc.)
  • Lead cross-regional initiatives and implement sustainable solutions
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and internal controls

Communication & Collaboration

  • Act as the main point of contact for your team and key business partners
  • Resolve issues, align with business goals, and ensure transparency across functions

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in S2P/P2P operations, including 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of Coupa or similar procurement platforms
  • Experience with supplier onboarding, catalog management, and process optimization
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to lead remote teams and work across multiple time zones
  • Fluent in English
