Territory Leader, Southeast
Who We Are
What You'll Do:
- This role will be responsible for providing guidance and leadership for 17 store teams in the southeast region: Corporate stores (4) and Franchise stores (13) in the states of FL, GA, TN, NC, SC, PA, NJ.
- Support franchisees in business planning, financial analysis, and operational improvements to drive revenue and profitability
- Ensure franchisees comply with all contractual obligations, policies, and procedures
- Serve as the main point of contact for franchisees, offering guidance and support to ensure their operations run smoothly
- Assist franchisees with opening new locations, including onboarding, initial and ongoing training (as required), and setup
- Provide ongoing coaching and support on VR systems, customer service protocols, and operational best practices
- Conduct regular virtual or in-person check-ins with franchisees to ensure compliance with brand standards and identify areas for improvement
- Help franchisees troubleshoot operational or technical issues and liaise with corporate support teams for escalations
- Oversee franchisee marketing strategies, ensuring compliance with branding guidelines and maximizing regional brand visibility
- Lead and manage a portfolio of corporate-owned stores, ensuring operational efficiency and profitability
- Oversee the daily operations of corporate-owned VR centers, ensuring they meet company standards for customer experience, safety, and operational efficiency
- Manage corporate location budgets, staffing, and inventory to ensure profitability and smooth operations
- Lead and mentor store managers, providing training and development to build strong leadership within the corporate district
- Conduct regular site visits to assess operational performance, address challenges, and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with store managers to optimize scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation to meet customer demand
- Analyze performance data and work with the corporate team to implement strategies for improving customer engagement and revenue
- Collaborate with the training team to develop and refine training programs for both corporate staff and franchisees
- Partner with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis for both franchised and corporate units
- Lead efforts to align franchisees with corporate initiatives and ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotions
- Conduct operational audits and provide feedback to both corporate and franchise teams, ensuring continuous improvement in processes
- Work closely with the corporate operations, marketing, and technical teams to stay updated on product developments, technical updates, and promotional strategies
- Relay feedback from franchisees and corporate managers to the corporate team, ensuring that insights from the field inform decision-making
- Act as a liaison between franchisees and corporate leadership, facilitating open communication and alignment on business goals
- Mentor and develop store leadership within corporate locations, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Provide feedback and recommendations to senior leadership on trends, opportunities, and challenges within both franchise and corporate store operations

What We Are Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience of franchisee management
- Experience with multi-unit management in a retail, hospitality, or entertainment environment, with a proven track record of success
- Strong understanding of franchising, including contract management, training, and franchisee relations
- Experience managing corporate-owned stores or multi-unit retail/restaurant businesses is highly desirable
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze financial data, develop business strategies, and drive operational improvements
- Willingness to travel frequently to franchise and corporate locations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
