Client Service – Intern Pension Advisor

What Can You Expect?

  • You will have independent responsibility for your tasks and will prioritize your time within the given framework.

  • Your daily tasks and client consultations will vary, making the work challenging and diverse.

  • You will be part of the Customer Advisory team, consisting of five colleagues and a team leader.

  • As our new Intern Pension Advisor, you will be responsible for advising our clients on pension-related questions via email and phone.

What Will You Do?

  • Provide advice in both Danish and English, ranging from simple inquiries to more complex issues.

  • Maintain, update, and register information.

  • Perform data entry tasks and other administrative duties.

What Do You Need?

  • Experience in the pension industry, either as a customer advisor or in another customer-facing role.

  • Fluency in both Danish and English.

  • Empathy towards both clients and colleagues.

  • Ability to build relationships around you.

  • Approachable, helpful, and proactive in seeking opportunities and solutions.

  • Calm, stable, and self-motivated.
