Responsibilities
- What You'll Do:
- Assist with preparing and reviewing title opinions, title commitments, and closing documents
- Coordinate scheduling for closings, ensure document accuracy, and follow up on post-closing tasks
- Handle billing, invoicing, and file tracking in coordination with attorneys and clients
- Maintain communication with lenders, realtors, attorneys, and clients
- Support light marketing efforts, including follow-up emails, materials prep, and social media assistance
- Help maintain organized digital and physical files in compliance with legal standards
Qualifications
- Ideal Candidate:
- Prior experience in a title company, law office, or real estate closing environment preferred
- Knowledge of real estate law, title work, or closing procedures is a must
- Comfortable working independently and remotely when needed
- Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills
- Familiar with software like Qualia, SoftPro, or similar platforms (required)
