Paralegal (Estate Planning) - Part Time (US Law Firm, WFH)
- We are looking for a part-time Paralegal (Estate Planning) to work remotely from the Philippines. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as an estate planning paralegal in a US law firm and strong proficiency in WealthCounsel and Clio software.Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certification from an accredited institution.
- 3-5 years of experience as an estate planning paralegal in a US law firm.
- Strong proficiency in WealthCounsel software and Clio practice management software.
- Drafting experience with WealthCounsel, both WealthDocs and BusinessDocs preferred, Wealthdocs a must.
- Experience in drafting and reviewing estate planning documents.
- Familiarity with current estate planning laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
