About the Role

As a Locums Recruiter, you’ll play a vital role in a fast-growing healthcare staffing team that prioritizes quality, compliance, and provider-first service. This is a high-volume recruiting position perfect for those who thrive in a results-driven, people-focused environment.

    Key Responsibilities
  • Source and recruit MDs, DOs, NPs, PAs, and CRNAs through job boards, internal databases, cold calls, social media, and referrals.
  • Submit at least 5 qualified providers weekly and close 3 placements per month.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting: outreach, screening, submittals, credentialing, and post-placement.
  • Build long-term relationships by understanding provider goals and aligning them with the right opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with credentialing, account management, and sales teams.
  • Accurately maintain records and track recruiting KPIs via ATS/CRM systems (Bullhorn preferred).
    What You’ll Bring
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or staffing agencies
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Tech-savviness and experience using ATS/CRM tools
  • Self-driven, with a passion for matching great talent to great opportunities
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
    Bonus Points For
  • Experience in locum tenens or healthcare recruiting
  • Knowledge of provider credentialing, compliance, or MSP/VMS operations

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From $52,082.00 per year
