About the Role
As a Locums Recruiter, you’ll play a vital role in a fast-growing healthcare staffing team that prioritizes quality, compliance, and provider-first service. This is a high-volume recruiting position perfect for those who thrive in a results-driven, people-focused environment.
- Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit MDs, DOs, NPs, PAs, and CRNAs through job boards, internal databases, cold calls, social media, and referrals.
- Submit at least 5 qualified providers weekly and close 3 placements per month.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting: outreach, screening, submittals, credentialing, and post-placement.
- Build long-term relationships by understanding provider goals and aligning them with the right opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with credentialing, account management, and sales teams.
- Accurately maintain records and track recruiting KPIs via ATS/CRM systems (Bullhorn preferred).
- What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or staffing agencies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Tech-savviness and experience using ATS/CRM tools
- Self-driven, with a passion for matching great talent to great opportunities
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Bonus Points For
- Experience in locum tenens or healthcare recruiting
- Knowledge of provider credentialing, compliance, or MSP/VMS operations
