The ideal candidate brings 8 12 years of hands-on experience in UVM-based verification, strong skills in system log debugging, and a deep understanding of networking protocols including TCP/IP, UDP, and packet processing. A bachelor's degree is preferred.
Years of Experience Required: 8- 15 overall years of experience in the field
Disqualifiers: Candidates who are too senior (Over 15yrs exp)
Best vs. Average:
Has verification experience UVM Universal verification methodology
system dialogue, networking experience like packet processing

Expected Dates that Hard Skills Assessments will be scheduled: ASAP
Hard Skills Assessment Process: The assessment process will include 2 phone screen and previous project review (45mins)
Typical Day in the Role
Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team specifies on designing verifications on the OVL programs (OVL1 and OVL3) and other various designs in host networking groups.
Key projects: Verification designs and writing test bench code
Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm - 60% writing test bench code/related code. 20% Debugging debug waveforms, debug logs. 20% collecting coverage data, reading design documents and meetings with designers to collect updates and provide updates and additional work, writing code heavily.
Candidate Requirements
Years of Experience Required: 8- 15 overall years of experience in the field
Degrees or certifications required: Bachelor's degree is a preference for this role.
Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on quality of work and meeting deadlines.
