In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to passengers, assisting with reservations, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure a positive travel experience.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
- Assist passengers with flight reservations, changes, and cancellations
- Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and efficiently
- Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, fares, policies, and procedures
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues

- Required Skills and Qualifications:
