JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Healthcare Customer Support- Bilingual Spanish

Pay: $21.78/hr.

Availability Sunday – Saturday 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM EST, 40 hours per week

Candidates should be somewhat flexible. Training will be days M-F 8am to 5pm EST for the first few weeks.

Location: Remote

Contract Duration: 1 year contract with possible hire

Our client is a diversified healthcare company that provides healthcare products and insurance services.

Responsibilities:

· Answer inbound calls and schedule appointments with the providers

· Perform accurate data entry of patient information

· Follow scripting tools to ensure required information obtained

Minimum Qualifications:

· 2-4 years high volume customer service experience in a healthcare setting

· Spanish bilingual required

· Proficient with scheduling functions

· Computer proficient with strong data entry skills

· High school diploma or GED
